What is the NENA 2025 Annual Conference & Expo?
At NENA 2025, you will not only hear about the public safety issues of today and tomorrow, but also gain practical, real-world know-how that you can take home with you and put into action immediately. Featuring inspiring keynote speakers, more than ninety hours of breakout sessions that inform and empower, career-building courses and workshops with real-world applications, nightly networking events that help you make the right connections, and an Expo Hall showcasing cutting-edge products and services, NENA 2025 is the must-attend event of the year.
Who should attend NENA 2025?
9-1-1 authority personnel; PSAP managers and supervisors; telecommunicators and dispatchers; 9-1-1 service providers; GIS and addressing professionals; telecommunications and network specialists; law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel with 9-1-1 oversight responsibilities; public safety applications developers; managed services and cloud hosting providers; homeland security regulatory agency staff; state, regional, and local government officials; providers of IoT technologies; sensor, beacon, and drone industry professionals.
What are the conference dates?
NENA 2025 will be held June 21 – 26.

Where will the conference be held?
Most programming will take place at the Long Beach Convention Center unless otherwise noted. The schedule of activities will indicate the locations of any events held elsewhere.
What parking options are available at the venue?
Paid parking is available at the Long Beach Convention Center parking lots.

What does the full conference registration fee include?
Full conference registration includes admission to all keynote and breakout sessions, access to the Expo Hall, opening and closing celebrations receptions on Sunday and Wednesday, roundtables and workshops, and on-demand access to recorded sessions available through the Live Learning Center.
Can I register for one day of the conference?
Yes, you can register for a single day option (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday). Single-day rates cannot be combined. If you plan to attend the conference for multiple days, you must purchase a full conference registration.
Will food be provided?
The Kick-Off and Closing Celebrations on Sunday and Wednesday will have reception food; moderate hors d’oeuvres (not meals). Monday’s Opening Keynote Session will have a full breakfast. Wednesday’s Board Installation Lunch will serve a full lunch.
Are there dining options onsite or nearby?
Food will be available for purchase onsite, and there are many dining options within walking distance of the Long Beach Convention Center.
How do I request accommodations for special accessibility needs/dietary requirements?
Please specify your needs/dietary requirements on the registration form during the registration process or contact us via email at registrationhelp@nena.org. We cannot guarantee suitable accommodations unless notified in advance.
What is the dress code?
Your days will be filled with learning and networking opportunities, so dress casual to business casual and pack comfortable shoes.
Where do I go to check in?
Pick up your badge at the registration counters located in the Main Lobby of the Long Beach Convention Center. Please keep your badge on at all times during conference hours for access to sessions and events. A replacement charge of $15 is required for lost or forgotten badges.
Is there a conference app?
Yes, when the NENA 2025 app is available, all registered attendees will be emailed an invitation to access the app.
Do I need to sign up for individual sessions after I register?
No, full conference registrants will have access to all the live conference sessions.
How do I select the sessions I want to attend?
Attendees will be able to use the conference app to choose sessions to add to their schedule, or they can just choose sessions onsite. Attendees will be scanned into sessions for future record/credit.
Will breakout sessions be recorded?
Most breakout sessions will be recorded and available on-demand (post-conference) through NENA’s Live Learning Center. Unlimited access to the Live Learning Center is included with NENA 2025 full-conference registration.
Will I receive any continuing education credits (CEUs)?
Full conference attendance receives one (1) ENP Recertification point.
Are you still accepting proposals for conference sessions?
The session proposal submission period has ended. Please contact Education & Training Course Manager, Lisa Fulton, ENP with any questions.
I am a speaker. How do I register?
Please register directly through the registration speaker portal to receive the speaker registration rate. Speakers who have been confirmed should have received a link to the speaker portal in their confirmation email. Please contact Education & Training Course Manager, Lisa Fulton, ENP, with any questions.
I am exhibitor/booth personnel. How do I register?
You will need to register (or be registered) directly through the exhibitor portal to receive the exhibitor registration rate. Contact your company’s exhibiting main contact to get started.
I am a member of the press. How can I attend the conference?
Press registration is open to members of the media attending exclusively in an editorial capacity. To register as a member of the press please email pr@nena.org with your full name, your role/job title, and the name of the publication or news agency that you represent.
I’m bringing my family along - will there be activities for them to enjoy?
Guest registration is available and includes the Sunday Kick-Off Celebration, Monday Opening Keynote, Expo Hall Access,1-Guest Tour, and Wednesday Closing Celebration.
Where can I make changes to my registration?
Your registration confirmation email has a direct link to your Attendee Portal. Please log into the Attendee Portal to view your registration options, make changes, or download and print receipts and confirmations. If you have any issues, you can contact the Support Team at registrationhelp@nena.org.
I registered but I can’t attend now. Can someone attend in my place?
Registrant substitutions from the same organization may be submitted in writing at any time with no penalty. If the membership status of the substitute differs from that of the original registrant, a refund or additional charge may apply. Submit requests to: registrationhelp@nena.org.
What is the conference cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations and refunds will be issued less an administrative fee of $150 per registrant. All refund requests must be submitted in writing. No refunds will be issued for requests received after May 23, 2025. Submit requests to: registrationhelp@nena.org.
How do I use my group membership voucher(s)?
Group membership vouchers are good toward the Regular/Standard registration rates only. Vouchers are not eligible for use with Early Bird or Super Saver registration rates.
Only one voucher may be used per registrant. Enter the voucher code in the Discount Code box and apply it to the balance before completing the checkout process.
Is there a badge reprint fee?
Yes, a $15 fee will apply for any additional badge reprints. Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID.
Is there a designated lost and found area?
Lost items can be dropped off at the registration help desks located in the Main Lobby of the Long Beach Convention Center. At the end of the Conference, show management will transfer all lost and found items to the Long Beach Convention Center Security Staff.
